Neon Drift Rally
Neon Drift Rally is unapologetic arcade racing. Forget realistic physics — this is about holding a drift through a neon-lit corner and boosting out the other side. The one-thumb steering works surprisingly well, with a tap to trigger drift and a boost meter that fills as you slide. It's the kind of game that makes a bus ride shorter.
There's a decent car roster, each handling differently enough to matter, and an upgrade system that keeps you chasing that next tier of grip and top speed. The tracks are short, which suits mobile perfectly, and the difficulty scales without ever feeling cheap. We found ourselves replaying the same track just to shave off half a second.
The soundtrack leans hard into synthwave, which fits the whole aesthetic. It's not a deep game, but it's a genuinely fun one, and that's exactly what an arcade racer should be.
