Tangle Tower Blocks looks friendly and then quietly ruins your evening in the best way. You drop and rotate irregular blocks to clear lines, but the twist is a gravity system that shifts pieces around after each drop, so you have to plan for chaos. It starts easy and becomes properly demanding.

There's a daily challenge that hands everyone the same block sequence, which turned into a small competition among the team. The controls are precise, with a satisfying snap when a piece locks into place. We appreciated that there's no timer in the main mode, so you can sit and think through a tricky board.

It's a pure puzzle game, no story, no filler. If you like the genre, the difficulty ramp here is one of the best-tuned we've played in a while.
